Can I return the jewelry I got from Rang Dil?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the jewelry from our store, or you have received a damaged item, please contact us at rangdilinfo@gmail.com within 7 business days upon receipt, and we will initiate a refund as a store credit. At Rang Dil, we do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Therefore, we offer extra fast delivery option that takes only 1-3 business days. If you decide on our standard shipping, please allow up to 3-8 business days for your order to come. Tikka came broken with the hook detached. I contacted customer service about this and got no response for a month now. Very disappointed and frustrated with this company. I was planning to buy more but after this experience of terrible customer service I will not risk receiving another damaged item.
